If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.

2. Products & Services

Vindhya Millets offers a range of natural, millet-based food products sourced directly from 500+ farmers in the Vindhya region of Uttar Pradesh. Our product lineup includes:

• Ragi (Finger Millet) biscuits and snacks
• Bajra (Pearl Millet) products and flour
• Jowar (Sorghum) snacks and ready-to-cook mixes
• Multi-millet blends and health foods
• Bulk/wholesale millet grains for businesses and distributors

All products are made from naturally grown millets with no artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Placing Orders

By placing an order on Vindhya Millets, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3.2 Payment

We accept payment through secure third-party payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless a credit arrangement has been specifically agreed upon for bulk/wholesale orders.

3.3 Order Confirmation

4. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but orders confirmed before the price change will be honored at the original price.

Product availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or substitute.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship our millet products pan-India from our facility in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Delivery timelines, charges, and policies are detailed in our Shipping Policy. For bulk/wholesale orders, freight terms are agreed upon individually.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your millet products. Our full refund and return policy is available in our Refund Policy. In general, we accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
