1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vindhya Millets platform (vindhyamillets.com), browsing our catalog, or placing an order for millet-based foods (including artisanal ragi biscuits, roasted bajra snacks, kodo, kutki grains, and jowar flour), you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you disagree with any provision of these terms, you must refrain from purchasing products or utilizing services on this website.

2. Products & Farm Sourcing

Vindhya Millets is a mission-driven Farmer Producer Company (FPC) empowering 500+ smallholder farmers across Mirzapur, Prayagraj, and the Vindhya plateau of Uttar Pradesh. Our catalog consists of:

• Artisanal Ragi Biscuits: Made with 100% whole finger millet, zero maida, and no chemical preservatives.
• Roasted Bajra & Jowar Snacks: Nutritious, gluten-free savory and sweet roasted millet snacks.
• Unpolished Heritage Millets: Whole grain Kodo, Kutki (Little Millet), Sanwa (Barnyard Millet), Foxtail, and Proso millets.
• Stone-Ground Millet Flours: Freshly ground multi-millet atta for healthy, low-glycemic daily rotis.
• Institutional & Wholesale Grains: Cleaned, graded bulk millet supply for bakeries, retail distributors, and schools.

All items comply with FSSAI regulations. Because our millets are natural agricultural products grown without synthetic hormones, slight natural variations in grain size, color, or harvest aroma may occur across seasonal batches.

3. Orders & Payment Security

3.1 Order Placement & Capacity

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

3.2 Payment Processing

We accept digital payments through RBI-authorized payment gateways supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are protected via 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store raw card numbers, CVVs, or bank security PINs.

3.3 Order Confirmation

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and issue a formal dispatch confirmation email/SMS containing your shipment tracking number (AWB).

4. Pricing & GST Invoicing

All retail prices on vindhyamillets.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. We reserve the right to revise prices to reflect changes in raw farm gate prices or statutory levies; however, confirmed orders will always be honored at the price acknowledged during checkout.

5. Shipping & Transfer of Title

All packages are inspected, packed in food-grade eco-friendly materials, and dispatched from our primary hub in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by our logistics partners. 6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because millets are perishable food products, returns are accepted exclusively for packages received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, provided the claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographic proof. Full details can be reviewed in our Refund Policy.

7. Customer Accounts & Credentials

If you create an account on vindhyamillets.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and one-time authentication codes. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized account activity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, trade dress, product packaging graphics, texts, photographs, and website source code are the intellectual property of Citiblock Farmer Producer Company Limited. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or republished without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Citiblock Farmer Producer Company Limited and its directors, officers, and farmer members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any verified claim shall not exceed the invoice price paid for the specific product giving rise to the dispute.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, contracts of sale, and any disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Both the customer and Citiblock Farmer Producer Company Limited agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
