• Standard Retail Orders: Processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 24 to 48 hours of online order confirmation (excluding Sundays and statutory gazetted holidays).
• Bulk & Institutional Orders: Wholesale consignments (50kg+) are processed within 2 to 4 business days depending on bagging and palletization specs.
• Dispatch Confirmation: The moment a consignment is scanned by our courier pickup executive, you receive an automated notification via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp containing the courier name and your unique tracking code (AWB).

• Enter your AWB on our partner carrier portals: Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, or India Post.

6. Serviceable PIN Codes

We deliver to over 19,000 PIN codes across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India. In the rare event that your pincode is designated as non-serviceable (ODA - Out of Delivery Area) by private couriers, we dispatch via India Post Speed Post to guarantee delivery.

9. Handling Delivery Issues & Delays

9.1 Incomplete Address or Customer Unavailability

Courier executives attempt delivery up to 3 times before initiating a Return-to-Origin (RTO). Please ensure your mobile number is active so the delivery executive can contact you for OTP or address landmarks.

9.2 Transit Delays

Rare logistics disruptions caused by extreme weather, regional strikes, or festive rush periods may add 1–2 days. Our support team actively monitors stalled packages to expedite clearance.
